The Jurisdictional archives collection is housed in Bridwell Library on the campus of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and includes materials dating from the beginning of the jurisdiction in 1939.

SCJ WORKING FOR KATRINA CHURCH RECOVERY
Work continues in the Katrina storm path. There is still a great need for partners with local and conference projects in these areas.
REMEMBER...we are asking each local church in the connection to take a special offering for the Katrina Church Relief needs In August, or whenever you wish to schedule it.
This is needed because UMCOE funds, by their Charter, cannot be given for church property.
