Medical Volunteers in Haiti
UMVIM and UMCOR are pleased to announce that medical teams are now welcome to schedule mission service to existing partner health programs in the Port-au-Prince area through the UMVIM system in Haiti. For more information, contact Susan Meister at haitivolunteers@yahoo.com .
As a reminder, all UMVIM teams are requested to follow UMVIM guidelines:
1. The team's leader is to have Team Leader training.
2. All team members need to have Safe Santuaries training.
3. All team member must have accident insurance through their conference or GBGM.
4. The team's project must be selected from Approved Project List.
5. Register your team with your conference UMVIM coordinator.
